My name is Solentra! I am an undergraduate student studying literature. I have taken several courses like Intensive English, Education and Cognition, and making Instructional Materials for teaching English, which will help me make sure our lessons run smoothly. I have experience leading an outreach program where my classmates and I went to a local orphanage here in Cebu and taught children about enjoying stories through role play and group reading. During my free time, I usually love to lie down on my bed while reading a good fantasy novel that makes me forget all about reality. I would love to hear some stories from Japan; I recently finished a very interesting book by a Japanese author. I also love sightseeing and traveling to new places. In my classes, I hope to instill a love for learning English and see my students gain confidence after every class. I am patient but encouraging in helping my students learn how to communicate in English. After all, it is the universal language and is important for global communication.
