My name is Teacher Mettler, and I’m so happy to meet you. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher who earned a Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English from a university, where I proudly graduated Cum Laude. Although I have not worked as a classroom teacher yet, I have valuable experience in customer service, where I learned how to communicate effectively, listen carefully, solve problems, and interact with people from different backgrounds. These experiences strengthened my patience, empathy, and adaptability—qualities that I believe are essential in creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
I have always been passionate about the English language because it opens doors to new opportunities, cultures, and meaningful connections. Teaching allows me to share that passion while helping students become more confident in expressing themselves. I enjoy making lessons interactive, practical, and encouraging so that learning feels enjoyable rather than stressful. Outside of teaching, I love reading, watching English movies and series, listening to music, and exploring new ideas that help me grow both personally and professionally.

- One of my favorite hobbies is watching Korean horror and zombie movies because I enjoy their unique storytelling, suspense, and emotional depth. Some of my favorites include The Wailing, Train to Busan, Exhuma, If Wishes Could Kill, and Salmokji: Whispering Water. I also love watching anime, especially action-packed series like Demon Slayer and Tokyo Ghoul, because of their inspiring characters and meaningful life lessons. When I want to relax, I enjoy listening to K-pop, and some of my favorite groups are BTS, iKON, BLACKPINK, TWICE, GOT7, and EXO. Their music motivates me and keeps me energized throughout the day. Another hobby that is very close to my heart is writing poems in both English and Filipino. Writing allows me to express my thoughts, emotions, and creativity while continuously improving my language and communication skills. These hobbies inspire me to stay creative, open-minded, and passionate about learning, and I enjoy bringing that same positive energy into my classes.
