Kampot

Hello everyone! My name is Teacher Kampot. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, a five-year course, and I have more than six years of experience in accounting and front-line customer service in a private company. Through my professional experience, I developed strong communication, patience, and listening skills, which I also bring into my English classes. I’m a friendly, jolly, approachable, and good listener, so I want my students to feel comfortable talking to me, just like they’re talking to a friend. You can share your thoughts, opinions, experiences, interests, or even simple stories about your day with me.

I’m passionate about teaching English because I believe that English is more than just a subject—it is a tool that can connect people, open opportunities, and give us the confidence to communicate with the world. I want to help my students overcome the fear of making mistakes and discover that they are capable of expressing themselves in English. As a teacher, my goal is not simply to teach lessons, but to listen, encourage, and guide each student according to their individual needs. I feel truly happy when I see a student become more confident, speak more freely, and realize that they can do more than they thought they could. That is why I want to make every lesson a positive experience where students can learn, grow, and enjoy using English.

Outside of teaching, I have many interests that I love sharing with others. I enjoy watching anime such as One Piece, Jujutsu Kaisen, Rurouni Kenshin (also known as Samurai X), Doraemon, Detective Conan, Pokémon, and Demon Slayer, as well as Studio Ghibli movies like My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, Ponyo, and Howl’s Moving Castle. I also enjoy playing mobile games, from action games to educational and strategy games, such as Mario Kart, Minecraft, Roblox, and Mobile Legends. I love traveling by land using my motorcycle because I enjoy discovering new places and having new experiences. I also love playing basketball and joining tournaments whenever I have the opportunity. I can sing, rap, dance, and cook well, and I especially enjoy discovering delicious food and trying different cuisines. Music is also a big part of my life, and I enjoy listening to Japanese, English, Korean, and Filipino songs, from classic Filipino oldies to modern music. Some Japanese artists I enjoy are Mrs. GREEN APPLE, HANA, YOASOBI, Aina the End, and Snow Men, while I also enjoy English artists such as Ed Sheeran and Maroon 5.

In my classes, I adjust my teaching style according to your English level, needs, interests, and learning pace.
